Our Associate Director Steve Farmer worked with Alison Izzo from Berkeley Oxford & Chiltern to build a team talent development programme.

Staff recruitment and retention has been a challenge across the sector since COVID. As a result, retaining and developing staff has become a priority for Berkeley Oxford & Chiltern.

After completing the project and seeing some fantastic improvement we were delighted to receive such glowing feedback about Steve.
