The most popular tool, Lumina Spark, is a personality-based psychometric tool providing a unique colour-based ‘portrait’ to help increase self-awareness, reveal hidden potential and cope better under pressure. It provides three lenses that assess underlying, everyday and overextended personas, giving insight into the whole personality.
Sam and Jac will be using their Lumina Spark practitioner qualification to help deliver leadership programmes for Accelerator clients, supporting individuals and teams to understand their ‘portrait’ and build practical action plans for improved communication, teamwork and leadership.
