Accelerator and PCA are delighted to announce the results of the Accelerator PCA Showcase Awards 2020, where the overall winners are Doro Care UK, Deckers Europe and Anchor Hanover. In addition, FirstPort, Fora Space and Landmark Space were also commended for their very convincing entries.
The Accelerator PCA Showcase Awards celebrate organisations in any sector or industry for their remarkable efforts and innovation in customer service, employee wellbeing and leadership during the challenges of the pandemic in 2020.
Submissions came from organisations representing a wide range of industries and sectors that reflected resilience, adaptability and delivering excellence against the odds, both internally and externally, in these uncertain times.

The Accelerator PCA Showcase Awards 2020 categories were:
- Service Excellence During Crisis: Recognised companies and teams who continued to provide exceptional customer service in the context of pandemic challenges.
- Employee Wellbeing: Recognised companies going the extra mile to help their employees during the pandemic, or those that inspired and supported their employees in new or remarkable ways.
- Human-centred Leadership: Celebrated organisations that acted proactively at leadership level to give clear communication, demonstrated compassionate leadership through change and instilled confidence that the organisation will find its way through the crisis.
