Should you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed one-to-one session, please ensure that you notify our support team immediately by emailing support@acceleratorsolutions.com We operate a tiered charging scale for cancelling any one-to-one session, dependent on how close to the agreed date notification is made. This includes coaching, debriefs and any pre-booked one-to-one sessions. Details are shown below. Charges will be based on the agreed session rate or ‘per participant’ rate, depending on the coaching or debrief in question. They will also take into account any non-refundable expenses which may have also been incurred by the consultant or coach. This policy applies to all types of delivery, i.e., virtual and face-2-face delivery and will be effective once dates are confirmed.Cancelling a one-to-one session
- Notified with more than 4 days: no charge, although any non-refundable expenses and the cost of any profiles or tools completed in advance will be charged in full.
- Notified between 2 and 4 working days (i.e. 48 hours up to and including 4 working days): 50% of the agreed rate, plus any used tools or non-refundable expenses.
- Notified with less than 48 hours: 100% of the agreed rate, plus any used tools or non-refundable expenses.

- Non-Attendance (No-Show): For the avoidance of doubt, where a participant does not attend a scheduled session and no prior notice is given, 100% of the agreed session fee will be charged.
- Rescheduling: Where a session is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 4 working days’ notice, no charge will be incurred, and Accelerator Solutions will make reasonable endeavours to offer an alternative date within one calendar month of the original session.
- Cancellation by Accelerator Solutions: In the unlikely event that Accelerator Solutions needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable. Where cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice by Accelerator Solutions, the client will be entitled to either a complimentary reschedule or, at their discretion, a credit note to the value of the session.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Accelerator Solutions recognises that genuine emergencies and unavoidable circumstances can arise. Applications for waiver or reduction of a cancellation charge on compassionate, medical, or emergency grounds will be considered at the discretion of the relevant Consultant. Any such agreement must be confirmed in writing. This mirrors the special consideration provisions within Accelerator’s existing training cancellation terms.
- This policy covers individual one-to-one sessions only. Cancellation of dates within a full training programme, or any bespoke training event delivered by Accelerator Solutions, is governed by the Accelerator Solutions Training Cancellation Policy.
