The joint Accelerator and PCA Showcase Awards 2020 were created to recognise and celebrate innovation in service quality, employee wellbeing and leadership during the ongoing pandemic. With almost 30 years’ combined experience in helping organisations build their reputation through improved service, leadership and communication, we're celebrating the businesses whose dedication to service excellence, employee wellbeing and human-centred leadership has been exceptional during 2020.
Open to any organisation in any sector or industry, the Showcase Awards provided an opportunity for companies to showcase their adaptability and demonstrate their success in delivering against the odds, both internally and externally, in these ambiguous times.
Following a thorough evaluation by our expert judges, we are now delighted to announce below the results of the Accelerator PCA Showcase Awards 2020, where the overall winners are Doro Care UK, Deckers Europe and Anchor Hanover. In addition, FirstPort, Fora Space and Landmark Space were also commended for their very convincing entries.
The categories, judges and results are summarised below. We are preparing the full results publication for release by the end of February 2021. To receive a copy, please enter your details using the form at the bottom of this page.
