A fantastic, high-energy session last week presenting at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing all company event to more than 500 people. It was RBH’s first all company conference in over 5 years, with the overall purpose to ensure everybody was clear and engaged in the 2023 organisation plans to greatness. We are supporting them on this journey, by providing training for everybody, on Leading Service or Delivering Service.
Our fabulous trainers Heidi Daniell and Nina Maan ran an interactive session to launch the training to get people involved and signed up! Ownership and responsibility are the key themes throughout the training with emotional intelligence underpinning the content and delivery.
The training has been piloted with great feedback and full roll-out commences in May this year.
