The Online Mental Health First Aid (OMHFA) is based on the content from the adult MHFA 2 day course with the same learning outcomes and certification for learners will take place over a 2 week period.
OMHFA is made up of four instructor-led live sessions. Similar to the Adult 2 day MHFA course, each session is built around a Mental Health First Aid action plan.
