The joint Accelerator and PCA Client Showcase Awards 2020 are free to enter and have been created to recognise and celebrate innovation in service quality, employee wellbeing and leadership during the ongoing pandemic.

Open exclusively to past and present client organisations of Accelerator Solutions and PCA, the Client Showcase Awards provide an opportunity for companies to showcase their adaptability and demonstrate their success in delivering against the odds, both internally and externally, in these ambiguous times.
With almost 30 years’ combined experience in helping organisations build their reputation through improved service, leadership and communication, Accelerator and PCA are looking forward to celebrating the businesses whose dedication to service excellence, employee wellbeing and human-centred leadership has been exceptional during 2020.


Service excellence during crisis – recognises companies and teams who continue to provide exceptional customer service, who are designing and implementing new approaches to ensure service continuity in the context of pandemic challenges.

Employee wellbeing – recognises companies going the extra mile to help their employees during the pandemic, or those that inspired and supported their employees in new or remarkable ways.

Human-centred Leadership – celebrates organisations who are stepping up in critical areas, who acted proactively at leadership level to give clear communication, demonstrated compassionate leadership through change and instilled confidence that the organisation will find its way through the crisis.

Criteria and Eligibility

  • Applicants should be a current or a past client of Accelerator or PCA.
  • Complete the appropriate application form for the category you wish to enter. Please see the How to enter section. If you wish to enter more than one category, please use a separate form for each category.
  • We will acknowledge projects, teams and organisations for consideration.
  • All valid submissions get showcased alongside the winners.
  • By applying, you also agree to participate in Accelerator and/or PCA marketing activities which may include, but are not limited to, a press release, social media case studies, video case studies. You will have the opportunity to review and approve all joint marketing outputs.

How to enter

✓  Make sure you qualify for the eligibility criteria outlined above

✓  Choose the category (or categories!) you wish to enter. If you wish to enter more than one category, please use a separate form for each category

✓  Download the entry form(s) after registering your interest below 

✓  Complete the entry form(s) and submit it by emailing to awards@acceleratorsolutions.com by 5pm on Friday, 27th November 2020.
