Naomi has a Masters in Human Resource Management and several years' HR experience. Before joining Accelerator in 2003, Naomi led the recruitment and training programme for a multi-site, multi-national business undergoing significant change. She has also introduced structured competency-based training programmes and managed successful development centre and assessment centre projects amongst other achievements. Naomi is now responsible for the development of our People Assessment business, as well as leading a number of client projects.
