Prior to joining the Accelerator team, Louise had extensive experience of training and development in both the public and private sectors. She was responsible for the skills development of all employees and the successful implementation of the IIP award for a major social housing group. As Director of Global Learning for Getty Images, Louise led a number of change management projects that transformed the business.
