Kay Szymanski joined Accelerator in 2007 and has developed a wide range of skills and experiences, working across a variety of sectors, with more recent experience held within Financial Services. Kay is involved in the design and delivery of a variety of training programmes from Customer Service and Communication to Motivation and Leadership Skills. Her project experience has focused heavily on employee career paths, strategic planning and organisational development, in both UK and offshore situations. Kay also has an active interest in Performance and Life coaching.
