Karen joined Accelerator in 2002 and is currently Business Manager, leading our research analysis services, as well as managing our finance and administration functions. She previously led the introduction of our People Assessment division has also worked as a specialist consultant on several client projects. Before joining Accelerator, Karen gained valuable administration and analytical experience through roles within the e-commerce, telecoms and retail industries. More recently, she has completed a number of Business Management courses from the Open University, broadening her knowledge of statistics, data interpretation and organisational management.
