After completing her degree in Sociology, Julia's career has encompassed many years of selling, training, managing, inspiring and always learning, with particular experience in the pharmaceutical sector. She joined the Accelerator team in 2001 and is now also qualified to deliver the Situational Leadership II training programme as developed by The Ken Blanchard Companies. She retains a strong specialism in the healthcare sector.
